The rapper recently took to social media to address the ongoing protests across America and said that now is the time when black voices are heard, even with the destruction. “Seeing people looting and going extremely outraged, it makes me feel like ‘Yes! Finally! Finally, motherf*ckers is gonna hear us now,'” she stated. “And as much as people is so against it, at this point, I feel like I’m not against it even though it do scare me and I don’t want anybody to get hurt.”

Doug Kolk, a news reporter, said in a segment that Cardi B was inciting violence and calling for people to loot and riot. Soon, people began alerting the rapper of Kolk’s comments, and she fired off an expletive-laced response. “@DougKolk why your no lip square head having ass ain’t put the part were I said to vote ?” she said. “You cottage cheese breath having b*tch. Why don’t you post how a conservative Christian trump supporter post my adress and encourage people to loot my home(which by the way he goin to jail ).”

The reporter offered up an apology after being bombarded by fans. “I apologize to @iamcardib if I took her words out of context,” Kolk wrote. “I respect her for using her platform to connect with people during these difficult times and it was wrong of me to not let her full voice be heard.”
